PREPARING THE MEDICINE
Mix same part anantandi yog with equal part raw honey and mix well (it may require more honey, do gradually until it is all mixed together and has a thick consistency).
DOSAGE
1 tsp of paste x 2 times daily before food.
* IMPORTANT: Take away from any hot drink.
Rule of thumb if you have the paste avoid having any hot water/liquid for 48 minutes until it has digested.
