COOKING WORKSHOPS & CLASSES
ONLINE COOKING CLASSES
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all options, with the balance due as follows. You may choose to pay in full at any time.
Single class — $110 — remaining balance due 7 days before the class
4-pack — $400 — remaining balance due 30 days after booking
CANCELLATION & refund POLICY
No refunds are available on any booking. Deposits are non-refundable. No rescheduling available.
You may transfer your spot or remaining pack classes to a friend at any time by notifying us at jes@jeschev.com
Online cooking classes are recorded — a replay will be sent after each session so you won't miss any content.
If you cancel mid-pack, the pack discount is forfeited. Attended classes will be charged at the single class rate of $125. If you have underpaid, the outstanding balance remains due. If you have overpaid, the difference will be issued as a credit valid until 30 November 2026. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note that in the unlikely event an online cooking class date needs to change due to catering commitments, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a transfer to the new date.
DIETARY REQUIRMENTS
Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. A shopping list and recipe booklet will be sent to you ahead of the class.
PRIVACY & RECORDING
Screenshots or recordings from online sessions may be shared on our website, Instagram, and newsletter. If you would prefer not to be included, please let us know at jes@jeschev.com
Participants are asked not to record, screenshot, or share any part of the live session without prior written consent from the host.

This workshop features a nut-free menu. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Please note that a dog is present on the premises. If you have an allergy or concern, please let us know at the time of booking.
PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE USE
Photographs may be taken during the workshop and shared on our website, Instagram, and newsletter. By attending, you consent to being photographed as part of the general workshop experience.
If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before or at the start of the workshop and we will ensure you are not included in any photos we share.
If you appear in a photo that has already been shared and would like it removed, please get in touch at jes@jeschev.comand we'll remove it.

SERVICE BOOKINGS
BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied towards your treatment. The remaining balance is due on the day. The deposit is non-refundable regardless of notice given — it is the cost of securing our time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our limited operating days, late cancellations are difficult to fill at short notice. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Last minute cancellations due to menstruation will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Please schedule outside of your expected cycle date. Cleanses (in-person and online) are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accepted at our discretion.
RESCHEDULING
Due to our limited operating days, appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance at no charge. Each reschedule counts as one, with a maximum of two permitted within 6 weeks of the original booking. After two reschedules the cancellation policy applies. Rescheduling within 72 hours will incur the full treatment cost.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 5-10 mins before your appointment so you can find adequate parking. If you are running late for your treatment and it impacts the next appointment, your treatment time will be cut short.
