A 3-night culinary escape on the South Coast, gerringong, nsw

20th - 23rd August 2026

“Step into the kitchen with confidence, knowledge and purpose. Become someone who brings nourishment & healing into your home.

The Ayurvedic Table is where ancient wisdom becomes part of your everyday life — intuitively, intentionally, and without the overwhelm.

Over three nourishing days on the beautiful NSW South Coast, you'll learn to cook, nourish and support your body through the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.

Real food, real skills, and a shared experience with like-minded people who just get it.

No rigid rules. No doing it "wrong." Just a nurturing space to slow down, go deeper, and walk away with knowledge and confidence that will stay with you for life.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

    • 3 nights / 4 days in a luxury rural property in Gerringong, NSW South Coast

(learn up to 20 recipes across the retreat)

    • All meals included — freshly prepared organic Ayurvedic vegetarian food by Jes and her team

    • Daily yoga and guided movement

    • Daily group meditation (beginner-friendly, come as you are)

    • Free time each afternoon to rest, explore the property, journal, or simply slow down

Over the retreat, you'll learn to cook real, nourishing Ayurvedic food that is simple enough to recreate at home and special enough to make you feel incredible from the inside out.

Think easy one-pot dishes, simple vegetable curries, deeply nourishing soups, spiced rice and grain dishes, chutneys, sauces and Ayurvedic dosas — all taught with the understanding of why these foods heal, nourish and bring the body back into balance.

The full menu is a surprise — but if you have a recipe request, we’d love to hear it.

You’ll leave with up to 20 recipes and a detailed take-home booklet so you can continue cooking with confidence long after the retreat ends.
