AWAKEN NOURISH & THRIVE AYU RETREAT WILL BE BASED ON THE WISDOM OF AYURVEDA. INCLUDING DAILY INTERACTIVE COOKING CLASSES, KNOWLEDGE SESSIONS ON AYURVEDIC LIFESTYLE PRACTICES & WOMEN’S HEALTH, DAILY YOGA ASANA + MORE.

This AYU retreat is for women only.

This retreat is for you if you have been desiring to understand more about Ayurveda and how you can incorporate these practices into your life. If you want to gain more confidence and skills in the kitchen, and craving to take a break from busy life to rejuvenate the system in a nurturing & grounding environment through the essence of Ayurveda surrounded with like-minded people, then you won’t want to miss this experience.

Your daily dinacharya

6:30 am | Pranayama + Meditation

7:00 am | Vinyasa yoga with Caroline Birch

8:00 am | Warm cooked nourishing organic breakfast

9:00 am | Lunch cooking practical class including food knowledge with Jes

12:00 pm | Lunch meal shared together

12:45 pm | Free-time (each guest will be receiving there massage on Friday/Saturday. Enjoy the infrared sauna, magnesium pool, or chill around the property reading/journaling. Privates with Jes will be held during this time.


5:30 pm | Yin yoga with Caroline Birch

6:30 pm | Dinner of fresh, organic food shared together

7:30 pm | Evening lecture with Jes (Special guest held online - Friday night).

*The flow of the day changes from day to day to include the practical interactive cooking classes. There are breakfast, lunch and dinner classes over the 3 days).

RETREAT OFFERING

  • 3 nights/4 days in luxury accomodation located on the central coast of NSW (queen & twin share accomodation),

  • Cooking classes offered everyday (breakfast, lunch and dinner cooking practicals) - Total of approx. 12-15 recipes over the retreat including a detailed cooking booklet with recipes, practices, knowledge, and more,

  • Ayurvedic knowledge sessions per day,

  • Freshly cooked organic Ayurvedic vegetarian food (Jes & her team will be cooking the rest of the meals, outside of the cooking classes),

  • Daily vinyasa yoga in the morning and yin yoga at night with Adelaide Wilkinson.

  • Daily Meditation and Pranayama (Vedic Meditation courses available if you would like to learn),

  • 1 x full body oil massage (Therapist TBC),

  • Free time daily to enjoy the beautiful tranquil property, the resort style magnesium pool, infrared sauna & or hang around the property. Wamberal and Terrigal beach close by to visit and enjoy,

  • Ayurvedic gift pack,

  • 30 min private with Jes Chev (tailored to your needs),

Twin Share Room with one shared bathroom - two single beds in twin room $1850 PP (2 BEDS AVAILABLE)

The queen rooms are a queen bed only, it can’t be made into two singles unfortunately. These rooms are best for 1 single person, a couple, or family member/friend who don’t mind sharing a queen bed. The luxe rooms are very spacious too.

All bookings require a $500 deposit to be paid to secure booking.

The remaining balance will be due in two 2 instalments - 21st July and 28th August. Payment in full available.

Cancellation Policy: Jes Chev Ayu Retreat is non-refundable.

  • All levels are welcomed and encouraged. If you know nothing or have a good knowledge of Ayurveda this retreat will cover all aspects and learnings.

  • All recipes can be made vegan and if dairy products are used, there will be a vegan option available to learn and make. There will be gluten free and dairy free options.

  • Ayurveda is a medical science deeply focused on healing and maintaining the quality and longevity of life, originated in India over 5,000+ years ago. Ayurveda emphasises health is the balance and dynamic union between our environment, body, mind, and spirit. The Main Role of Ayurveda is to Maintain Health.

  • Ayurvedic cooking/food is different from Indian food. To eat according to the principles of Ayurveda is to eat foods and seasonings that will encourage a state of balance. An Ayurvedic diet embraces fresh, seasonal, local, pre-dominantly plant-based, easy-to-digest, nutrient-based, healing, & nourishing food.

  • This retreat has many offerings and is a informational retreat where you will be learning a lot of new skills and knowledge. Each day there is time allocated to relax outside of the daily cooking classes, yoga & knowledge session. There is definitely a mix of both.

ABOUT JES CHEV

Jes is an Ayurvedic Practitioner who offers a range of integrative therapies and practices with the purpose of enlivening your true self to find inner balance.  As part of her services, she offers a selection of integrative practices ranging from consultations, treatments, packages catering, workings + more.

Jes generously and creatively shares her expansive knowledge of Ayurveda, allowing this ancient wisdom to become more relevant and accessible to the busy modern lifestyle that each one of us lives. 

Jes trained for 3 years full-time to gain her advanced diploma in Ayurveda in Australia and has been training alongside the Raju Family since 2017.


MEET CAROLINE

Caroline is a Vedic Meditation Teacher and founder of The Still, trained to the highest standard in India.

Alongside teaching Vedic Meditation in Manly, Central Coast and Gold Coast, Caroline is a personal mentor and yoga teacher. Upon learning Vedic Meditation in 2017, the practice transformed her physical and mental health so dramatically that she felt no choice but to become a teacher.

Caroline is incredibly dedicated to those she teaches and passionate about creating safe spaces to facilitate connection and mind-body healing. Caroline teaches meditation and yoga in a way that is grounded and relatable.
