  • No - these classes are for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced cooks. You'll learn techniques that work whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your skills.

  • Let us know when you book and we can suggest modifications. Most recipes are naturally vegetarian and can be adapted for allergies.

  • Absolutely - we love having people come together. Just book separate spots.

  • Maximum 8-10 people so you get personal attention and an intimate learning experience.

  • Our goal is to teach you techniques and confidence so you can cook intuitively in your own kitchen - adapting recipes based on what you have and what your body needs.

  • All sales are final due to small group bookings and advance preparation. However, you can transfer your spot to another class date or sell your booking to a friend.
