Relief for Common Conditions - 15ml
Prana Oil - Relief for lung, sinus congestion or any respiratory issues. Can assist with nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, muscle spasm, and stomach infections (digestive blockages). Will also help with fever, and headache and prevent infection tendency.
INTERNAL USE
Used in nausea, digestive blockages, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach infections and more.
1 drop in hot water to drink x 2-3 times daily or as needed.
2 drops per dose if you feel you need a stronger dose.
STEAM INHALATION
Used in sinus and lung congestion, respiratory issues, headache, fever or cold.
Add 2-3 drops to a medium-sized pot of hot water. Place a towel over your head and bowl making sure air can’t escape, and inhale for 5-10 minutes.
Can add drops one drop at a time (recommended to do this as it is quite strong - for a stronger dose can add up to 4-5 drops)
TOPICAL APPLICATION
Used for toothache, headache, mosquito bites and itching.
Apply one drop to the affected area.
