25-30-60ml | 1-2x weekly, or as prescribed. For matra basti instructions, refer and save instructions below | Plan to do Matra Basti when you’re feeling good, & having a restful night.
Syringe + Basti Tube sold separately.
Buy enough basti tubes for amount of matra oil purchased + syringe can be used several times if kept sterile.
Example if doing 25ml matra basti and have 100ml oil size (4 basti tubes is required), or if doing 30ml matra basti and have 200ml oil size (7 basti tubes is required).
