Kitchari is known as a cleansing food in Ayurveda. It’s a combination of split moong beans and white medium grain rice which is cooked with ghee and spices. Kitchari is known for how easy it is to digest and how it improves your Agni which is known as our digestive fire. This process of absorption naturally removes toxins from the body. This 3-day cleanse is a great way to eliminate any toxins & stress from the system.
What the Cleanse Involves:
