Cooking Directions

General Serve

1. Place 1.5 tsp - 1 tbsp tea blend in 1L of water and boil down slowly.

2. Cook until half the water has reduced, may take 10-15 minutes.

3. Enjoy and drink hot

Detox Serve

1. Place 2 tbsp tea blend in 2.5L of water and boil down slowly.

2. Cook until half the water has reduced, may take 15-20 minutes.

3. Enjoy and drink hot during the day. Can keep it in a thermos or reheat when you want to drink it.
