- Vata - Pitta - Kapha
1 cup of warm water
1/2 tsp of fresh grated ginger
1/2 tsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of honey (when water becomes warm)
Grate fresh ginger into a mug with lemon
Add hot water
When the water has become body temperature add the honey
NOTE: Adding the honey in at the right temperature is the most important. Heated honey is one of the hardest substances to get rid of in the body.

Add 1/2 tsp fennel seed powder
cooling and sweet taste assists in stabilising the heat of Pitta
add 1/2 fenugreek powder
helps with fat metabolism and extra water retention (fenugreek will help flush the toxins from the GI tract, counters sluggishness in lymphatic system)
