CATERING GUIDELINES

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

 To secure your booking - 50% payment must be made upfront.

Final payment must be made 5 days prior to the event.

Cancellations 10 days prior to the event will forfeit deposit due to date save.

Cancellations less than 10 days  prior to the function will forfeit full payment.

Final confirmation of numbers no later than 5 days before the event. If guest numbers increase after final payment a follow up invoice will be sent.

 

MINIMUM SPEND

 10 people minimum spend at $45 pp

Under 10 people it will be an hourly rate of $110 p/h + cost of ingredients + delivery

DELIVERY DETAILS 

 Delivery charge will be added to the invoice. 

Extra charges will be added if outside of the delivery radius. 

PUBLIC HOLIDAY

 A public holiday surcharge of 20% applies.
